Abstract

Implementation of Innovative Learning Methods Based on Deep Dialogue And Critical Thinking in Science Teacher Training in Kindergarten. MTs at the Makassar Religious Education and Training Center. This research is a research that aims to find out the steps of an innovative learning method based on deep dialogue and critical thinking that can improve learning outcomes in the subjects of this research. MTs, with 30 training participants. The hypothesis of this research is that if you apply the steps of this learning method, it will improve the learning outcomes of the Kindergarten Science Teacher Training Participants. MTs. This research is from the stages of planning, action, evaluation and observation, as well as reflection. Data was collected through a learning outcome test consisting of 20 multiple choice questions, learning outcomes were analyzed using descriptive statistics in the form of percentages. Observations were made every time the teaching and learning process took place and were analyzed using descriptive statistics in the form of percentages. Based on the results of the research, Innovative Learning Methods based on deep dialogue and critical thinking can improve the learning outcomes of Training Participants because it is carried out with the following steps: 1) doing silence at the beginning of learning, 2) digging information or knowledge from Training Participants in a dynamic way and not monotonous, 3) giving the training participants the opportunity to have a dialogue about the subject matter for a few minutes so that the training participants have the opportunity to think critically and exchange ideas with other training participants, 4) provide feedback in the form of an in-depth dialogue by giving awards to the training participants who active, 5) providing opportunities for Training Participants to conclude the material they have learned on their own. The results of data analysis and discussion obtained the average score obtained was 73.33.
